2027 KTM 350 EXC-F – ORANGE
Trail-ready systems, smart serviceability, and rider-focused design
The 2027 KTM 350 EXC-F is built around practical, rider-centered tech: a Keihin EMS engine management system, an under-seat Offroad Control Unit (OCU) for simplified electrical diagnostics, and a proven electric start powered by a 2 Ah lithium-ion starter battery. Add tool-free suspension adjustability and an LED headlight unit, and you get a package designed to keep you riding longer and wrenching less.
Located under the seat, the OCU replaces electronic fuses and relays. Outputs are switched based on signals from the voltage regulator and ECU, and in an over-current event outputs are deactivated individually. Status is indicated by red/green LEDs for straightforward trail-side error detection.
A proven electric start system is powered by an ultra-lightweight 2 Ah lithium-ion starter battery. The wiring harness places most electrical components under the seat for accessibility.
The KTM Enduro range features an LED headlight unit and light mask, designed for improved fitment and serious illumination for riding in the dark.
Suspension adjustability & rider setup
Go deeper: Suspension & Chassis BreakdownThe KTM Enduro range is built around quick, practical setup changes. KTM describes tool-free suspension setup at both ends, with hand-adjustable controls designed to make on-the-fly changes straightforward.
For riders who like to compare numbers, here are key published dimensions and travel figures for this model.
KTM notes an air filter box designed for maximum airflow with minimal water intrusion, plus tool-free access for fast maintenance. The transparent polythene (XPE) fuel tank is paired with a one-piece fuel pump and filter, with easy fuel filter access. A protection cap is used for the CPC fuel connector to help prevent dirt intrusion and mistaken opening.
The chassis is built around a Central double-cradle-type 25CrMo4 steel frame design with an Aluminum-reinforced polyamide rear subframe design. Braking is handled by disc brakes front and rear, with published disc diameters of 260 mm (front) and 220 mm (rear). KTM also describes a sleek right-side start/stop switch taken from its motocross machines.
