View PageThe 2026 Honda CBR600RR in Deep Pearl Gray is a focused middleweight sportbike built around a 599cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder engine with DOHC four-valves-per-cylinder and Programmed Dual Stage Fuel Injection. A close-ratio six-speed manual transmission keeps the power on tap, while race-bred chassis hardware helps you make the most of it, including a Showa® SFF-BP inverted fork and Honda’s Unit Pro-Link® rear suspension. This is the CBR600RR ABS model, equipped with Honda’s Electronic Combined Anti-Lock Braking System (C-ABS) for confident braking control in changing conditions.
A 599cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder engine with DOHC valvetrain is matched with Programmed Dual Stage Fuel Injection (PGM-DSFI) and a 40mm throttle body. Dual injectors in each cylinder are designed to deliver strong capability at both low and high rpm, with refined EFI settings aimed at smoother throttle response at smaller openings—ideal for riders who value accuracy and consistency.
Up front, a 41mm inverted Showa® SFF-BP fork provides 4.7 inches of travel, while the Unit Pro-Link® HMAS™ single shock delivers 5.1 inches of travel at the rear. The Unit Pro-Link® design eliminates the frame-mounted top shock mount to help isolate the chassis from bumps, supporting more precise handling and improved traction when the pace picks up.
This CBR600RR ABS model features Honda’s Electronic Combined Anti-Lock Braking System (C-ABS). It’s designed to distribute brake force to both wheels and can apply the front or rear brake independently when needed for maximum stopping power. The hardware includes dual 310mm front discs with radial-mounted four-piston calipers and a 220mm rear disc for strong, controlled braking feel.
At the core of the CBR600RR is a 599cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder four-stroke engine with a 12.2:1 compression ratio and a 67.0mm x 42.5mm bore and stroke. The valvetrain uses DOHC with four valves per cylinder, a layout chosen for high-rpm breathing and precise control.
Fueling is handled by Programmed Dual Stage Fuel Injection (PGM-DSFI) with a 40mm throttle body. Honda’s dual-stage system uses dual injectors in each cylinder to support both low- and high-rpm operation, and the refined EFI settings are intended to enhance throttle response, especially at smaller openings, for a smooth, controllable delivery. A dual-stage ram air design feeds cool air into the airbox for increased power and smooth performance throughout the rpm range.
The CBR600RR’s dimensions and geometry are set up for quick, accurate response: 23.5° of rake, 3.9 inches of trail, and a 53.9-inch wheelbase. Seat height is 32.4 inches, and curb weight is listed at 434 pounds (including all standard equipment, required fluids and a full tank of fuel).
Honda also focuses on mass centralization, using a centrally located 4.8-gallon fuel tank positioned as close to the middle and as low in the frame as possible to optimize responsiveness to rider input. The 12-spoke cast aluminum wheels are designed for consistent rigidity and balance, and are described as working with the HMAS fork and Pro-Link® shock to enhance suspension feedback for real handling improvements. Tire sizes are 120/70ZR-17 front and 180/55ZR-17 rear.
Stopping power comes from dual 310mm front discs with radial-mounted four-piston calipers, plus a single 220mm rear disc. The radial-mounted monoblock front calipers use four chromium-plated aluminum pistons and a stiff construction intended to deliver better feel and more powerful stopping performance.
On the electronics side, the Electronic Combined Anti-Lock Braking System (C-ABS) is engineered to distribute braking forces between both wheels and to intelligently apply front or rear brake independently when required. For stability, Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) dynamically adjusts by sensing handlebar deflection and vehicle speed, with the goal of maintaining low-speed maneuverability while providing excellent high-speed stability.
A close-ratio six-speed manual transmission is paired with a #525 O-ring chain final drive using 16T/42T gearing, a combination aimed at keeping the engine in its effective operating range and delivering direct drive feel at the rear wheel.
For visibility, the CBR600RR uses line-beam headlights with a two-piece reflector design and two H7 bulbs, designed to provide optimal light distribution from a compact package for better visibility for the rider and other traffic. This model is offered in Deep Pearl Gray, a clean, understated finish that complements the CBR’s compact supersport proportions.
Honda includes a transferable, one year limited warranty. Extended coverage is available with a HondaCare® Protection Plan.
Dual injectors in each cylinder ensure exceptional low and high rpm capabilities, while refined EFI settings enhance throttle response, especially at smaller openings, for a smooth but still exhilarating ride.
This ingenious design provides a generous flow of cool air directly into the airbox, resulting in increased power and exceptionally smooth performance throughout the rpm range.
The HMAS cartridge fork features small-diameter pistons designed to maintain high oil velocity. This improves damping characteristics for increased feedback and added control while also providing a wider range of adjustability.
Derived from our MotoGP championship-winning bikes, the Unit Pro-Link® rear suspension eliminates the frame-mounted top shock mount, isolating the chassis from the bumps to provide more precise handling and improved traction.
With their consistent rigidity and balance, these sharp-looking 12-spoke cast aluminum wheels work with the HMAS fork Pro-Link® shock and enhance suspension feedback to deliver real handling improvements.
The radial-mounted monoblock front-brake calipers each feature four chromium-plated aluminum pistons and a stiff construction that provides better feel and more powerful stopping performance.
Available on the CBR600RR ABS model, experience confident braking in any condition with our Combined Anti-Lock Braking System (C-ABS). This advanced system distributes brake force to both wheels, intelligently applying the front or rear brake independently when necessary for maximum stopping power.
Strategically positioned as close to the middle and as low in the frame as possible, the 4.8-gallon fuel tank optimizes mass centralization, enhancing the bike's responsiveness to rider input.
Line-beam headlights have a two-piece reflector design with two H7 bulbs, which provides optimal light distribution from a compact design, improving visibility for the rider and other traffic.
Our Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) goes beyond typical steering dampers. Sensing handlebar deflection and vehicle speed to adjust dynamically, the HESD ensures optimal low-speed maneuverability while maintaining excellent high-speed stability.
