What HondaCare helps cover (system examples)

Engine examples: transmission, balancer shaft, cylinder heads, pistons, camshafts, cylinder, and crankshafts.
Drive system examples: differential, drive shaft, axles, and CV joints.
Fuel system examples: carburetors, intake manifolds, fuel tanks, fuel petcock, fuel injectors, fuel pump, and control module.
Cooling system examples: radiator, water pump, thermostat, cooling fans, and oil cooler.
Brakes, electrical, and chassis examples include master cylinder, calipers, anti-lock control module, alternator, engine control module, frame, shocks, swingarm, and steering control rods.
Important exclusions and conditions
The brochure lists these items as exclusions: tires, batteries, audio and navigation equipment, accessories, aftermarket equipment and modifications, and regular, required and expendable maintenance.
Racing, competition and rental use will void HondaCare coverage of the vehicle.
Competition models that did not receive a new vehicle warranty are not eligible for HondaCare Protection Plans.
