ENGINE AND PERFORMANCE
At the heart of the 2026 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R EVO is a 1,350cc, 75-degree V-twin engine engineered to produce enormous torque and immediate throttle response. With 190 PS and 145 Nm of torque, the engine delivers aggressive acceleration while maintaining the control and refinement needed for everyday street riding.
Keihin engine management with ride-by-wire precisely controls throttle input and works alongside cruise control and double ignition. A six-speed transmission transfers power to the rear wheel, while liquid cooling with a water-and-oil heat exchanger helps maintain consistent operating temperatures during demanding riding.
A stainless steel primary and secondary silencer system incorporates two catalytic converters, combining KTM performance with modern emissions management.
GENERATION 3 SEMI-ACTIVE SUSPENSION
The EVO model is equipped with third-generation WP APEX semi-active suspension. The system electronically adjusts suspension damping in response to riding conditions, helping the motorcycle remain stable during hard acceleration, cornering, and braking.
Up front, the WP APEX 48 mm upside-down fork provides 125 mm of suspension travel. At the rear, a WP APEX linkage shock provides 140 mm of travel and includes electronic preload adjustment. This advanced suspension system allows the motorcycle to adapt to different road surfaces, rider preferences, and riding styles.
LIGHTWEIGHT TRELLIS FRAME
A powder-coated chromium-molybdenum steel trellis frame provides the rigidity and feedback required for high-performance street riding. The cast aluminum and composite rear subframe helps reduce weight while maintaining strength and stability.
With a wheelbase of approximately 1,491 mm, a 65.3-degree steering head angle, and 101 mm of trail, the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R EVO is engineered to provide responsive steering without sacrificing high-speed stability.
BREMBO STYLEMA BRAKING
The front braking system uses dual radially mounted Brembo Stylema Monobloc four-piston calipers gripping 320 mm brake discs. This premium braking setup delivers powerful deceleration, precise lever feel, and excellent control during aggressive riding.
At the rear, a Brembo twin-piston fixed caliper works with a 240 mm brake disc to provide additional control and stability.
CAST ALUMINUM WHEELS
Lightweight cast aluminum wheels help reduce rotating mass and contribute to the responsive handling of the 1390 SUPER DUKE R EVO. The motorcycle uses a 3.50 x 17-inch front wheel and a wide 6.00 x 17-inch rear wheel, providing the footprint needed to manage the engine’s substantial power and torque.
