Exclusions, void conditions, and eligibility notes
The brochure lists these exclusions: tires, batteries, audio and navigation equipment, accessories, aftermarket equipment and modifications, and regular, required and expendable maintenance.
Racing, competition and rental use will void HondaCare coverage of the vehicle. Competition models that did not receive a new vehicle warranty are not eligible for HondaCare Protection Plans.
Eligibility notes from the brochure: a HondaCare extended service plan is available for Honda motorcycles, scooters, SXSs and ATVs that came with, and are still under, a new vehicle warranty. Eligible Certified Pre-Owned vehicles obtained from a Honda dealer can also be covered, and the brochure advises signing up before the new vehicle warranty expires.
