HondaCare Coverage for the Honda Dax 125
The Honda Dax 125 HondaCare Protection Plan is a HondaCare Protection Plan for the Dax 125 on-road motorcycle. It’s an extended service plan from American Honda, designed to provide coverage with features and benefits similar to the Honda new vehicle warranty once your factory warranty ends.
When you purchase, you choose a Coverage Term (1 Year, 2 Years, 3 Years, 4 Years, or 5 Years) and choose either With Roadside or Without Roadside. The price shown depends on the plan variant you select.

HondaCare coverage is accepted at any authorized Honda Motorcycle, Scooter, SXS or ATV dealer within the United States. Covered repairs are backed by American Honda and are made by Honda technicians using only new Genuine Honda Parts, helping you keep your Dax 125 serviced to Honda standards when a covered repair is needed.
Optional Roadside Assistance
You can add optional Roadside Assistance to your Dax 125 HondaCare plan. HondaCare coverage offers similar features and benefits to the Honda new vehicle warranty, and it’s intended to begin after your 12-month Honda limited warranty ends.
Coverage terms and plan options
This Dax 125 HondaCare Protection Plan is available in five Coverage Terms: 1 Year, 2 Years, 3 Years, 4 Years, and 5 Years.
You can purchase the plan either Without Roadside or With Roadside. The price shown on the product page depends on the plan variant you select.
Factory warranty and combined protection timeframe
The Honda Dax 125 includes a 12-month Honda limited warranty.
Taken together, the 12-month Honda limited warranty and the longest available HondaCare term of 5 Years provide protection for up to 6 Years from new.

Nationwide coverage: Coverage is accepted at any authorized Honda Motorcycle, Scooter, SXS or ATV dealer within the United States.
No mileage or hour limitation: Coverage does not expire at a preset mileage or hour limit.

What HondaCare helps cover (examples of covered systems)
HondaCare includes coverage for repairs against defects within covered systems. The items below are examples only—illustrations of what falls inside each system, not a complete list. Actual contract coverages, limitations and exclusions may vary; see your dealer for details.
Engine system examples include transmission, balancer shaft, cylinder heads, pistons, camshafts, cylinder, and crankshafts.
Drive system examples include differential, drive shaft, axles, and CV joints.
Fuel system examples include carburetors, intake manifolds, fuel tanks, fuel petcock, fuel injectors, fuel pump, and control module.
Cooling system examples include radiator, water pump, thermostat, cooling fans, oil cooler.
Brakes, electrical, and chassis system examples include master cylinder, calipers, anti-lock control module; alternator, regulator/rectifier, engine control module, ignition coils; and frame, shocks, swingarm, and steering control rods.
Important exclusions and coverage limits to know
HondaCare does not cover certain items, including tires, batteries, audio and navigation equipment, accessories, aftermarket equipment and modifications, and regular, required and expendable maintenance.
Racing, competition and rental use will void HondaCare coverage of the vehicle. Competition models that did not receive a new vehicle warranty are not eligible for HondaCare Protection Plans.

A HondaCare extended service plan is available for Honda motorcycles, scooters, SXSs and ATVs that came with, and are still under, a new vehicle warranty.
Eligible Certified Pre-Owned vehicles obtained from a Honda dealer can also be covered.
