At its heart is a permanent magnet synchronous motor delivering up to 18 kW (24.5 hp) of peak power and an impressive 42 Nm of torque—instantly available from the twist of the throttle. The easily removable Lithium-ion KTM PowerPack ensures you spend more time riding and less time waiting, while its lightweight design keeps the overall weight at just 111 kg. With performance optimized for technical terrain, the Freeride offers both nimbleness and confidence, ideal for both entry-level riders and experienced explorers.

KTM’s proven steel-aluminium perimeter composite frame is paired with a high-strength polyamide/ABS subframe for a strong yet flexible chassis. Suspension duties are handled by the premium WP Xplor PDS rear shock and long-travel front forks, offering up to 260 mm of plush travel to tackle roots, rocks, and ruts with ease. Stopping power is supplied by Formula disc brakes front and rear, combined with spoked aluminium wheels wrapped in off-road rubber to provide the control and traction you need on any surface.
